这个价格综合水平不太值得！
Positive: 景色不错，客厅和餐厅厨房很漂亮
Negative: 我觉得需要做一下专业杀虫！厨房我们第一天刚刚走进去就看到有蚂蚁和蟑螂！和房东说了，房东说这是正常的，但是我觉得对于商业经营真的是不应该，因为可以选择这个房子和这个价位的人肯定是对生活有高标准和要求的，另外当我们入住进屋的时候有一种奇怪的味道，一楼卧室还会有种植肥料的臭味！
关于停车位！房子的双车库是不能停的，只能停在马路边，有时候马路边还会被别人停了！
关于卫生！厨房里打奶泡的机器一看就很长时间没有用过了，开水壶还有上次使用的剩水！
卧室台灯是充电的，其中一个没有电！
其余方面都挺好的！
