Deluxe Downtown: sleeps 8+/250m-Beach/600m-Town

Great house, fantastic location near beach and cafés. Positive: The location was fantastic an easy walk to cafés and the main Mount Maunganui shopping area, with dedicated beach access through to the main beach and boardwalk. We stayed for a long weekend with our adult family and partners while attending a wedding and were very happy with the house. It was a great size for six adults, comfortable, and in an excellent location. Negative: The only real issue was the ensuite shower, which wasn’t working particularly well and could do with some attention the shower head does not stay in position and bracket holder is loose. The kitchen condiments and basic supplies were also a little light, particularly for a house accommodating a group of adults.

Overall, an excellent space to stay. Positive: Warm and welcoming space with enough room for us all. Great location with a good view. Comfortable lounge area for all to share. We came in winter but can see in summer how great the deck would have been. Negative: Shower heads in main ensuite and downstairs bathroom need addressing as they are spraying water everywhere.

Immaculate property, very clean and well kept, close to the beach, very nice rooms and excellent responsive host.We have stayed here 3 times and will keep coming back.

Excellent. Positive: It was great. Beds are super comfortable. Great location. Negative: We were 4 ladies and all felt the bathroom mirrors are hung too high up. Also there is no full length mirror to check your outfit before going out.
