Positive: Aintree on the park位在住宅區中，非常隱蔽安靜，開車不用十分鐘就可到達芒格努伊山旁邊的海岸線，可以走上山步道，也能在景色優美的海灘消磨一整個下午。進陶朗加市區也不遠，有許多的公園，景點可以造訪。住宿房間整齊清潔，空間充足，各項設施齊全，還有網路電視可看，停車方便，床鋪舒適，提供良好的住宿體驗。
Negative: 雖然有足夠的餐具能烹調，但是沒有油，鹽也剩一點點。沒有烘乾機，冬天衣服不容易乾。只有一台暖氣，另一間房間無法使用。冬天熱水使用要稍微分配一下，避免不足。除此之外，整體的住宿環境是很好的。
